LIFE APPLICATION BIBLE SEMINAR

CURACAO REPORT APRIL 2006

Thanking the Lord for a mission accomplished for the Kingdom. Through trial and adversity we experienced God's power and deliverance. Four of us were riding in a Ford pick up truck when a drunk driver ran into us sending us into a utility pole. It sheared off bringing high-voltage wires down on top of the truck. With electrical arcs and live wires all around us, we were able to climb out of a rear door to safety with no one seriously injured. (God will make a way where there seems to be no way. One-half hour later we were able to complete the 3-hour evening session of the seminar with over 300+ students.

In all we completed two seminars (1 Spanish, 1 English) with a total of 500+ students, representing 30 churches + a Bible college. This resulted in more invitations to conduct our seminar in Curacao and other countries.

Some of the comments from those completing the seminar:

~One pastor observed, "I watched as two people from my congregation shared their reflections during the seminar and saw their confidence level grow before my eyes."

~Another pastor said, "Next time I am inviting my whole family to attend the seminar."

~A Bible College student couldn't wait to get home to use the Life Application Bible and the information she received to complete an assignment due at the end of the week.
